Last Friday night, Naomi and I headed down to Rockefeller Center to meet our friend Marci at Anthropologie, where she works. She was getting off at 8, and we got there about 30 minutes early so we took the opportunity to browse. I should never browse.
They had a bunch of stuff on sale downstairs, and I was enticed not by the clothes (because frankly I can't fit in any of them right now which is just depressing) but by the bedding. I am always looking for another set of bedding in blue shades as an alternative to the red/orange/pink one we have now... you know, seasonal change. I stumbled upon a blue and yellow pattern that seemed to call to me... no price tags. How much were they? After much debate and a little help from Marci, I decided to get them. It really was a good deal, and they are beautiful, and they will sort of match Nairn's bedding that my mom is making. I am happy with my purchase, even if I didn't need it.
Thanks Marci!

Pillow coverings came with the bed spread too? Wow. That really was a deal! Glad you decided to go ahead and get them. They look great.
Also, jealous of your fresh food. Bought Raspberries and Strawberries just yesterday from Central Market and they tasted so bland. I was sad.
Oh my goodness the bedding is gorgous. And that is so darn cool that your mother is making sweet baby nairn's bedding. Love it.
Wow. Beautiful bedspread. Really nice colors. I hope you can keep them spit-up free for a while. By the way, I LOVE the new background. I need a tutorial on how to change mine.
I love, love, love this bedding. What great taste you have!
